Daniel Pierce, MD

Dr. Daniel Pierce is a urologic surgeon currently serving in the United States Air Force at Nellis Air Force Base in Las Vegas, Nevada. He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the Florida State University College of Medicine and completed his urology residency at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine.

Dr. Pierce has been recognized for his commitment to clinical excellence and professionalism, including receiving the Jorge Lockhart Award for Clinical Excellence and Professionalism. He graduated magna cum laude from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Psychology.

His clinical expertise includes men’s health, prosthetic urology, and the management of complex urologic conditions. During his training, Dr. Pierce worked closely with world-renowned urologist Dr. Rafael Carrion, performing over 300 penile prosthetic procedures and gaining extensive experience in the treatment of Peyronie’s disease and cosmetic penile pathology. He also helped establish a Xiaflex program and contributed to the management of a testosterone clinic serving veterans in Tampa.

In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Pierce is an active contributor to medical research, with multiple peer-reviewed publications and case reports in urologic oncology, rare genitourinary conditions, and surgical outcomes. His academic interests include robotic surgery, cancer-related urologic pathology, and innovations in surgical education and training.

Dr. Pierce is deeply committed to service and patient-centered care. His background includes volunteer work in hospice care, medical mission trips, and underserved community clinics. He is known for combining technical surgical expertise with a compassionate bedside manner and a strong dedication to improving the patient experience.
